Added the test function of HD-1240 (LOW RDON) and improved the test stability by dozens of times.

3、Test Data

The difference between the test RDON and LRDON is shown in the following table:

This test data shows that the test data using HD-1240 (LRDON) values are very stable.

4、RDON and LRDON test selection rules: (Important)

ID current × target RDON value < 10mV	Must use LRDON project test
ID current × target RDON value < 100mV	Recommended to use LRDON project test
ID current × target RDON value ≧ 100mV	Select RDON project test

5、Transformation method

You can use HD-1200 to replace the test station with HD-1240 for transformation. If you already have HD-1200, you can send the HD-1200 test station to our company for upgrade.
