1. Introduction

This device has the ability to connect to other test system communications and connect to high-precision testers through standard RS232 serial ports. Using DTS test system software, the test function instrument can test and screen special discrete devices through the IEEE488 (GPIB) port. Thus, it can meet customers' requirements for testing special items such as capacitance measurement and inductance resistance and meet high-precision testing requirements.
